Synopsis
Wonderful is the nickname, and the character of a young girl named Taylor, who changes with the events in her life. At the age of eleven, she had lost her father to coronary thrombosis. Losing her father was one of the very first events that She had to accept. She did not have many friends growing up and was very much an introvert. Wonderful had to go through mountains and milestones before she could conquer worldly situations. The hereditary effects from her father assisted her in her quest to seek life to its fullest. But, many obstacles stood in her way. Sex, Drugs, Alcohol, Men, Children, Marriage and then Self-Awareness….. Through trials and tribulations, learning about God, herself and other people, she matured into a woman of class. She is a very talented, humorous, intelligent and giving creature. Some of the events that caused her pain were relationships, coping with herself, being able to socialize with others, grief, loneliness and criticizing her own self worth. Wonderful did not begin to heal until she was able to accept herself. In reality, she was always searching for a father figure; someone to love and care for her during her journey in life. The road that she was traveling was one of a great distance. As she began to get closer to the end of the road, she found that she had only just begun to live. In the end, she shares with others what she found as a secret weapon to living life to its fullest. She shares her pain with others because it lessens the pain within her This is a true story of Taylor's life growing up on the Southside of Chicago. Living in a low-income environment with a father, a mother, six brothers and a sister until her father returned to that which he were before he was born Taylor decided to write this story after she became free from the bondage of her mind. Her life took a turn for the worst before it could get better after experiencing the death of her father. She believes that this book can help change the lives of others who have been or are going through some of these same obstacles in life. The character was named Wonderful because Taylor Ashley Storm became a wonderful person after she learned how to love herself. Taylor was an aggressive and dominating person growing up. Her character is trying to show others that you can change only if you continue to work on your defects and learn how to control your assets. |
